How much do Green Screens cost and where can I buy one?
I think the title is pretty descriptive.
You don’t actually need to buy one.
Get any large surface (a sheet, a wooden board, whatever you’ve got) and cover it with obnoxiously bright day-glo type paint. (Which you should be able to find anywhere that sells paint.) Boom! Green screen.
The whole concept behind a green screen is that nothing else in the shot is likely to be that color, so when you go back in post-production, you can select that color to be erased from your picture/ video/ whatever, and only the background will disappear. Then you can put whatever you want back there.
